  5. This Accounts Receivable package handles the efficient recording of sales and
  6. payments resulting from sales transactions. The aging and reporting tools
  7. needed to help speed cash inflow and reduce delinquent receivables are provided
  8. within the package. The user is allowed multiple sales tax combinations for
  9. individual customers. Sales tax is automatically calculated on sales; reports
  10. provide the information necessary for sales tax reporting. Finance charges may
  11. be manually entered or calculated using one or two levels of finance charge
  12. rates. Customer statements are prepared on demand and may be printed on
  13. preprinted forms or plain paper. A variety of salesperson reports aid in the
  14. analysis of salesperson productivity. Also featured is the ability to transfer
  15. general ledger information to SouthWare General Ledger. Sales Commission
  16. reports are based on ``paid invoices.'' Inquiries include any open invoices and
  17. payments as well as unlimited detail invoice history by customer.
